In order to aid my gambling prospects, I devised a lovely excel sheet :]  The first two bets were half bets with mammy and the last two are mine :]

Now for some Mathematics!

Oscar Time wins, others lose.
Returns: (170/2) = 85

Oscar Time wins, Midnight Club places, Don't push it loses:
Returns: (170/2) + (17.50/2) + 17.50 = 111.25

Oscar Time wins, Midnight Club places, Don't Push It places:

Returns:  (170/2) + (17.5/2) + 17.50 + 17.50 = 128.75

Midnight Club wins, others lose:

(72.50/2) + 72.50 = 108.75

Midnight Club wins, Oscar Time places, Don't Push It loses

(72.5/2) + (20/2) + 72.50 = 118.75

Midnight Club wins, Oscar Time places, Don't Push It places
(72.5/2) + (20/2) + 72.50 +17.50  = 136.25


Don't Push It wins, others lose:
72.50

Don't Push It wins, Midnight Club places, Oscar Time loses:
72.50 + (17.5/2) + 17.50 = 98.75

Don't Push It wins, Midnight Club places, Oscar Time places:
72.50 + (17.5/2) + 17.50 + (20/2) = 108.75



Based on my calculations, I hope Midnight Club wins, Oscar Time places, & Don't Push It places.
I think this is possible!
