Their national dish - Poitin is horrible!! haha chips+gravy+cheese curds!! Helen insisted that it was wonderful. I'm still on a different time zone so i went sightseeing at 8.30am, saw LOADS. My hostel is Canda's greenest hostel! http://theplanettraveler.com/ and I am currently sitting on the lovely underfloor heated hall floor because my roommates are crazy, scary and sleep all day!!!
