Miracle on 34th Street

What a great film.  I don't like Christmas. At all. There are no decorations in my house and I do my best to avoid the festivities.  If I could have a miracle I would like all my family to get better, for everyone to stop dying and to return to February of this year when everything was perfect.

On a more upbeat note - Ryanair are having a no taxes sales!

My jet setting, booking flights outta here buzz starts in London tomorrow for workies.  The office has been done up - check it out!  My damn camera doesn't fit in my hand luggage though!  I'll have to make do with a point & shoot :(

Edinburgh booked for NYE.  Hogmanay! I've nowhere to stay though... hmmmm..

Caoimhe needs SNOW!

We had the Xmas party on Friday and it did not disappoint.  I insisted that I was Kate Moss & could walk in my 6inch heels all night. Needless to say, I spent Saturday in bed completely unable to walk. MY FEET! Lesson learned there my dear.  I'm not going to lie though, my dress was pretty fabulous (or hideous.. I'm not sure).

In other news the make up course begins on Feb 1st. By approximately mid April I will be a (somewhat) make-up artist.  Yay!! *Claps*  I've wanted to do a course like this for years, but was never sure which was the right one for me.  Well it's time to get up off my ass & actually do something about it!  LA Make Up appears to have a good rep.  They've an open door policy where you can re-sit any class to brush up on your skills. It seems like a good course.  It's not time consuming enough to become a professional, but a bit  more than the fundamentals.  Not to mention the Pro Card for Mac....
