October 15, 2011



Exercise this week:
Sunday - Bootcamp
Monday - 6km power walk + 1000 steps
Tuesday - Bootcamp (nearly killed me)
Wednesday:  4km run + 2km walk + death
Thursday:  "Easy Bootcmp" - consisted of running and running and running
Friday:  Howl @ the moon with the Nooglers. Drank my weight in everything.  Ruined diet. Smoked. Dang.
Saturday:  Modeselektor. We'll see how I do.  Need to get in at least a 4km run before tonight.

Positives:
Have definitely noticed less bloating and slightly more toned.

Negatives:
I can't walk due to severe pain.
