Right. I've decided not to cycle to work anymore because it's just too stressful.
Updated exercise plan:
1000 steps on the stepper 3 mornings a week.
Bootcamp twice a week
1 hour log power walk/jog twice a week.
I will have an ass like Beyonce.
Bootcamp killed me last night. Below is only some of what we did (click). Topped with Russian walks, sprints, knees lifted in the air runs, ankles to ass runs. Ouch. And we were only out for 45mins... in the pouring rain I might add. I've scheduled a massage in for tomorrow.
